Outside of work, she enjoys calming activities such as watching movies, trying new foods, reading, and spending time in nature. A lifelong Disney fan, she continues to find inspiration in its spirit of imagination and forward-thinking. She’s also a talented singer, having performed in choirs for more than 12 years—a creative outlet she still cherishes today.

As The Phillips Group’s Receptionist, Vicky Guerra is the first friendly face clients encounter when reaching out to our firm. She ensures every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued—embodying the professionalism and warmth that define our client experience.
Before joining The Phillips Group, Vicky spent seven years as a Disneyland Cast Member, where she honed her customer service skills and learned the importance of creating meaningful guest experiences. Guided by Disney’s legendary Five Keys—Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency—she brings that same philosophy to her role today, ensuring every client interaction reflects care, clarity, and excellence.
Vicky earned her Associate’s Degree in Arts and Humanities from Fullerton College in 2020 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach, in 2023.
