Abigail McCauley
Abigail is passionate about servant leadership, a value instilled by her family, and she is dedicated to giving her clients the best results possible. Since joining The Phillips Group, she has taken on a new team of clients, working to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships. She particularly appreciates the strong sense of community at TPG, which allows her to thrive and feel connected even while working remotely.
Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing piano and singing, listening to live music, and visiting the beach. She is also reteaching herself the violin. Looking ahead, she aspires to become a CPA and use her expertise to empower healthcare professionals with the financial tools and knowledge they need to grow their practices with confidence.
Staff Accountant
Abigail McCauley is a Staff Accountant at The Phillips Group, where she supports healthcare professionals through client communication, bookkeeping, and preparing and reviewing financial statements. She brings a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping others succeed.
Abigail earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi in December 2023 and is currently completing her MBA with an emphasis in Accounting at Louisiana State University, graduating in December 2025. Following her MBA, she will begin preparing for the CPA exam.
Before joining The Phillips Group, Abigail worked as a Tax Staff Accountant with Kushner LaGraize LLC, a mid-sized CPA firm in New Orleans, where she also served as a firm ambassador—representing the company to college students, promoting its culture, and strengthening its presence among future professionals. She previously completed an audit internship with Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund in Pensacola, Florida.
